As the current Vice President, Worldwide Solution Sales and Engineering at RingCentral, Amir and his organisation support the digital transformation strategies of customers of all segments worldwide as they migrate their business communications to the Cloud. Amir resides with his family in Toronto, Canada.
Peter Hughes is an enterprise communications and collaboration industry expert, with more than 30 years’ experience in the field. Joining leading business cloud communications and contact centre solutions provider RingCentral in 2018, Peter has driven the expansion of RingCentral’s sales and technical service coverage across the APAC region. He works with RingCentral partners and customers to empower their organisations with greater mobility, customer engagement tools, and team collaboration capabilities for enhanced productivity and ultimately business success.
Riyaz Mohammed is a customer-focused solutions engineer, passionate about helping organisations achieve their business outcomes through the use of technology. With experience across all facets of IT and a core speciality in Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) solutions, Riyaz is ideally placed to ensure RingCentral’s customers in the APAC region achieve the most out of their implementation of cloud-based communications and collaboration technologies.
